Hana is a really helpful estate agent. Getting a place to call home could be an extreme hard task as a NEWCOMER to Canada, Hana helped me a lot on dealing with the landlord, and she managed to convince the landlord to rent the condo I like so much to me as a newcomer from HongKong who doesn't have any credit history and a job for now.
